Richard moved to Wales from Torquay at age 17 for University and has stayed ever since. He’s run various notable businesses in Cardiff for 20 years from Aesthetics to Gym and Health Clubs around the City and found himself working for HQ having always had a keen interest in hair health after watching many of the men in his family lose hair.
In his downtime, he does a lot of travelling, boxing, and swimming and loves a good movie night.
Richard said his favourite part of his job is meeting patients at the 6-month review as they see the results looking amazing, and they often comment this has been life-changing for them and they are always so happy at this point in their progress.
Xavier Rush is an ex-All Blacks rugby player and former Cardiff Blues captain with a great reputation and glowing profile both as a sportsman and a businessman within Cardiff, South Wales and the South West.
Dr Raman Graduated first in Biomedical Sciences at Queen Mary University of London and then his medical degree at Keele University School of Medicine and has worked in multiple surgical and medical specialities since, including cardiothoracic surgery, general and vascular surgery, acute medicine, emergency medicine, and psychiatry. This broad experience has given him a strong foundation in surgical precision, patient care, and clinical management.

Dr Shah is an MBBS graduate from St George’s Hospital Medical School, University of London. He has been practising as a doctor within the NHS for the past five years. His interest in hair loss and restoration developed early in his medical career, leading him to train under DHI at the London Hair Restoration Academy. Since then, he has worked at leading clinics on Harley Street and across the UK, developing his expertise in advanced hair restoration techniques.
